Disclaimer for our Cookery Clubs
HEALTH & SAFETY
Culinary activities such as our cooking workshops, have inherent risks, dangers and hazards and participation in such classes and events may result in injury or illness.
Cooks At Home and each of its present and former owners, principals, members, agents and employees are not liable for damage, losses or personal injury resulting from participation in cooking workshops or events.
We reserve the right to substitute ingredients and menu items.
For safety purposes, all school rules within the school the cookery club is being held apply. We have zero tolerance for any behaviour that is not suitable for a classroom environment including shouting, running, fighting and bullying.
Please note that some classes may be photographed or videotaped for Facebook or in future promotional materials. If you do not want your child's picture or video published, please let us know.
PAYMENT
All bookings must be fully paid for in advance. This is usually done via direct bank transfer/ online banking; all details required for this are shown at the bottom of your booking form. We also take payment by cheque, made payable to Miss Kelly Bajic. Please contact us if you would like to pay in this way.
Unfortunately we cannot offer any refunds for non attendance. All places in the clubs are booked in advance and once payment has been received the place is seen as accepted and no refunds will be given for change of minds or any other reason. We do not take the decision to cancel a session lightly however if we have to cancel a session, for any reason, we may do so at any time before it is scheduled to start. We do not expect this to happen and we will only do so in exceptional circumstances. No compensation or refunds will be given; an alternative session may be offered however this is not always possible and is at the discretion of Cooks At Home.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Please let us know before placing your booking if your child requires any special care or attention. If your child requires extra supervision or attention you must inform us prior to booking the child's place, the responsibility providing the extra supervision is the parent's responsibility and not of Cooks At Home.
Dietary restrictions - you must inform us if your child has any dietary restrictions including both medial and religious reasons.
YOUR AGREEMENT
By placing a payment you are confirming to the booking and agreeing to these terms.
